Pages should not be created for badges that do not publicly exist, however, if there is valid proof that the badge exists but cannot be obtained, then the page is allowed to exist.

Valid proof must be provided somewhere that the badge exists. The following sources are acceptable proof:

If valid proof is not provided, then the page may be deleted.
Pages must clearly state that the badge cannot be obtained if it does not publicly exist.
