I want the word "final" to be kept there, as it is consistent with the wording of other of the final badges in their respective tracks. The bit about "depending on the site is irrelevant, Custom Badges exists already and doesn't need to be mentioned here. It is an inherent quality of all badges that they can be customized, and does not need to be listed on every page. You need to stop doing useless edits like this, it does not contribute anything.
